L’Oréal’s World IT department wished to evolve its image within the Group to be perceived as solutions provider for brands and ultimately, end users.
Bug provided strategic support to the management during the project: with the creation of a new name, visual identity, communication system, a community of management’s top 100, the communication roll-out of the other aspects of change (competition ideas, redefinition of IT positions, 1st world convention, etc.).
Results: the launch of the visual identity took place in May and was highly received in the IT division.
