FORM' ACTEURS CAMPAIGN
On the occasion of its change of status in GIE, IFCAM, the university of Crédit Agricole Group is launching a recruitment campaign for new trainers.
Because everyone can make the difference, Bug rolled out a recruitment campaign to invite Crédit Agricole’s employees to become trainers for the Group’s university. A mobilising approach that made participants take part in the training of others and therefore in the future of the Group.
Naming, identity, rhetoric and design of a communication kit off and on-line were developed as a result.
Results: a campaign that has made it possible to govern and generate numerous applications.
