OFFSHOOT IDENTITY
At the foundation of Bioderma, Institut Esthederm and Etat Pur, the NAOS company, launched in 2016, continued the induction of 3,000 employees in more than 100 countries.
To accompany the process, Bug organised Care Game: an international workshop for country managers at the historic headquarters in Aix en Provence. The format based on the NAOS Galaxy allowed participants to recall fundamental principles of the brand in a fun and collaborative way.
Results: quality answers from 150 Naosians are converted into Euros to contribute to the activities of NAOS Village. The game of care has since been adopted in the subsidiaries.
